I finally got the new agenda I've been itching to get for weeks!

My mum made my siblings and I go to the library a few days ago. So happily we all made way to the Smyrna Public Library. I decided to renew my long forgotten library card, and check out books on my own term (instead of my mum's). I checked out the first Harry Potter book. YAY! I've been wanting to get my hands on it for a while, unfortunately the books aren't available for the Kindle on Amazon. So I read it and it was pretty okay. Not SUPER good, but it was a good read. :))
I went back yesterday, returned the Sorcerer's Stone and checked out the Chamber of Secrets. I also checked out The Culture Dictionary, and another history book. I absolutely love The Culture Dictionary.  It's EXACTLY the book I've been trying to find! It is what it says it is, a book full of nouns that the average American should know about other cultures and their accomplishments. I've already made my sister quiz me on the first couple pages on terms such as 'adobe'  and 'Abangan'. ;)

Last night I also went on a rampage of personality quizzes. I took the Bryer-Briggs personality test for like the 4th time and I always get the same answer! I'm an ESFJ. Look me up if you want a clue of who I am. It's pretty spot on! ;)

Today, Thursday, I attended my "Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Georgia Opportunities Scholar" Scholarship orientation. It's $2,500 I thought it was a 1 time money, but it's renewable and for 4 years :)))) that's $10,000.

Summer is going pretty normal a couple of good news, I got my license!! Yay, finally right?? Now i'm waiting on my parents for a car. . . hopefully that will be soon.

Let's see, I got an Ed Sheeran CD the Up All Night Live Tour DVD. . .

AND AND AND AND 2013 World Tour tickets for when One Direction comes to Atlanta!!

I've also decided that today I will put it in my head that I will probably never meet any of the boys, let alone marry them!! :P

I've also been on tumblr a lot lately and I follow a couple Catholic blogs. Oh gosh, they make me feel so weak about my faith. Of course the only person to blame is myself. . . I don't know. . :(

KSU is going well expect for some reason they deleted one of my classes so i'm not a full time student. I'll see what's up tomorrow. If not i'll take criminal justice in place of anthropology. Oh well. . . I think that's it.

PS. Ryan O'Shaugnessy's "No Name" is on replay. I hope I can get his CD when it's available in the states. (He's Irish *.*) So i'm going to research that now.

couldn't help myself. It's so beautiful. He signed my blog :D

xoxo,
Melissa

PSS I entered a contest for Ryan's FB too make a webdoc. 1: there's no way I would ever win but it didn't hurt to try. I actually had fun. I Should upload it here!! or on my tumblr! Good idea!! But yes.

So my youth minister left religious life in 2008 and came to work at my parish as a youth minister. Luckily, she started working when I entered high school/Life Teen. We weren't really close my first 2 years, but when I became a peer minister we got much closer. About a year or so she realized she was being called back to the monastery. She spent this year raising money to return.

Last Thursday she re-entered. I don't think her absence has hit me yet since we let out of school and there's no Life Teen. But I miss her. . . & I know she will be praying for me as long as she lives. I love her a lot and she means SO MUCH TO ME!!

Our last day together- Thursday 6/7/12 (week b4 entrance)

Sr. Deepa!!- Thursday 6/14/12 (day of entrance)

beautiful picture that I stole off: Dominican Nuns of Summit

Praying,
